Shipping Information: What are the shipping options, costs, and delivery times? Do you offer international shipping?

Our delivery policy includes flat rate pricing for both Domestic and International standard shipping as well as express shipping options. Exchange or Return: Am I able to return or exchange an item?

Yes, of course! You are more then welcomed to returned/exchange with the set timeline and on select purchases, make sure to look at our 'Return Policy' page for full details.​

Wrong Item Delivered: What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing components, you must notify House of DeLeon within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

Providing Payment: What payment methods do you accept, and is my information secure?

You have the ability to use secure pay links to pay by way of: AfterPay, Apple/Google Pay, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Venmo.

Cancellations: Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders typically cannot be canceled once placed on the website, however in the event we are able to cancel your order, there is a 5% / $4.99 minimum handling fee applied to the refund.

How is the product made, or what are the materials used?

Each piece is hand-made over the course of several days, for the specific materials used in each item, look to the description section on each induvial items shopping page.

Sizing/Fit: How do I make sure I order the correct size?

Every piece of clothing in our shop with house our own size chart in their respective gallery, look over chart to determine what size will best.
