Shipping Information

What are the shipping options, costs, and delivery times? Do you offer international shipping?

We offer both domestic and international shipping, including standard and express delivery options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

Am I able to return or exchange an item?

​

Eligible standard inventory items may be returned within 3 business days of delivery for a full refund.

 

Returns requested after 3 business days but within 7 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.

 

Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.

 

Eligible items may be exchanged within 3 business days of delivery. Exchanges are not available after the 3-business-day window.

 

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Commissioned & Custom Orders

Can I return, exchange, or cancel a commissioned or custom-made item?

​

Commissioned and custom-made items may be canceled prior to shipment under the following terms:

​

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase: 75% refund.

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours after purchase but before shipment: 50% refund.

  • The original 25% deposit is non-refundable.

Once a commissioned or custom-made item has shipped or been delivered, it is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

What should I do if I receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order?

If you receive an incorrect item, damaged item, or your order is missing components, you must notify House of DeLeon within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

 

Photos may be required for verification.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept, and is my payment information secure?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including:

All payments are processed through secure payment providers to help protect your information.

 

 

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

 

Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to make changes to products, quantities, shipping addresses, or shipping methods.

 

Orders typically cannot be canceled after they are placed. However, if we are able to approve a cancellation, a handling fee equal to the greater of 5% of the order total or $4.99 will be deducted from the refund.

Materials vary by product and are listed in the description section of each product page. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
