Returns, Exchanges & Commissioned Orders Policy

At House of DeLeon, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy.

 

 

Returns Within 3 Business Days

You may return eligible items within 3 business days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed.

Returns After 3 Business Days

If more than 3 business days have passed since delivery, eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

Store credit returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days from delivery, items are no longer eligible for return.

To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges Within 3 Business Days

You may exchange eligible items within 3 business days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped.

Commissioned Orders

Commissioned orders are custom-made specifically for you and are subject to the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase: Receive a 75% refund of the total order value.

  • Cancellation after 48 hours of purchase but before shipment: Receive a 50% refund of the total order value.

  • After shipment or delivery: Commissioned orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

A 25% deposit is required for all commissioned orders and is non-refundable.

By placing a commissioned order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
