Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, House of DeLeon is unable to make changes to products purchased, quantities ordered, shipping addresses, or shipping services selected.

Orders generally cannot be canceled once placed. However, if we are able to cancel an order before processing, a handling fee equal to the greater of 5% of the order total or $4.99 will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping & Deliveries

Transit Times

Shipping transit times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit time refers to the period between when a package is handed to the carrier and when it is delivered to the customer.

Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, weekends, or other circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries to U.S. Territories and international destinations may require additional transit time.

 

Refused or Returned Deliveries

If a shipment is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to an incomplete address, incorrect address, recipient relocation, failure to claim the package, or any other reason not caused by House of DeLeon, the order will be treated as an unauthorized return.

Any return shipping charges, carrier fees, or related costs incurred by House of DeLeon will be deducted from any eligible refund.

International shipments that are not claimed may be destroyed by local authorities or carriers and may not be returned to us.

 

Address Verification

If an address cannot be verified through USPS, Google Maps, or other address verification services, we may place the order on hold until the address is confirmed.

We will make up to three attempts to contact the customer for verification. If no response is received within 7 days, the order may be canceled and refunded, less a handling fee equal to the greater of 10% of the order total or $4.99.

 

International Duties & Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

House of DeLeon accurately declares the value of all shipments and does not alter customs documentation. Customers are encouraged to review their country's import regulations before placing an order.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Standard Inventory Returns

Within 3 Business Days of Delivery

Items returned within 3 business days of delivery are eligible for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

 

After 3 Business Days of Delivery

Returns submitted after 3 business days but within 7 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.

Items must remain unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.

 

Commissioned & Custom Orders

Commissioned and custom-made items may be canceled prior to shipment under the following terms:

• Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase: 75% refund.

• Cancellation more than 48 hours after purchase but before shipment: 50% refund.

• The original 25% deposit is non-refundable.

Once a commissioned or custom-made item has shipped or been delivered, it is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.

 

Exchanges

Within 3 Business Days of Delivery

Eligible items may be exchanged within 3 business days of delivery provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

The replacement item will be shipped after the original item has been received and inspected.

 

After 3 Business Days of Delivery

Items are not eligible for exchange after 3 business days from the date of delivery.

 

 

 

Final Sale & Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange:

• Items marked FINAL SALE.

• Gift card purchases.

• Commissioned or custom-made items after shipment.

• Items not returned in their original condition.

• Items missing original packaging.

 

 

 

Shipping & Return Logistics

Return Shipping Costs

All shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

 

Tracking & Insurance

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.

House of DeLeon is not responsible for returned packages lost, damaged, or delayed while in transit to us.

 

 

 

Order Errors & Discrepancies

Customers must notify House of DeLeon within 24 hours of confirmed delivery if:

• An incorrect item was received.

• An item is missing from the shipment.

• The order arrives damaged.

Photos of the issue may be required for verification.

 

United States Orders

Upon verification, House of DeLeon may provide a replacement, refund, return label, or other remedy at our discretion.

 

International Orders

Due to international shipping limitations, replacement items generally cannot be shipped internationally for order discrepancies.

If an error is verified, a refund for the affected item(s) may be issued.

 

 

 

Choking Hazard

• Our products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

• Adult supervision is required for anyone under 13 years of age using our products.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make the purchase.
