Terms of Sale
We don't want to have a long list for the terms and conditions of sale, but feel we should have transparency on certain points that may cause an issue:
At House of DeLeon, we strive for complete satisfaction. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms regarding returns, exchanges, and commissioned works.
​​Order Changes / Cancelations
​
Once you place an order on our website we cannot make any changes and/or additions to the products you have purchased or the shipping service you selected. Orders typically cannot be canceled once placed on the website, however in the event we are able to cancel your order, there is a 5% / $4.99 minimum handling fee applied to the refund.

Shipping & Deliveries
​
Transit Days - Our shipping services give a suggestion on the transit days from when we hand the package over to the carrier until delivery to the customer. These times are not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible should your delivery take longer than the quoted days. US Territories will take longer than the days suggested. Transit days may not include weekends or public holidays.
Returned & Refused Deliveries - In the event your delivery is refused or returned, due to any reason including incomplete address, moved away, or unknown address, your order will be processed as an unauthorized return should we receive it back. Any return shipping charges (typically larger orders sent by FedEx) will be deducted from the refund. Most International orders are not returned, but held in Country and then destroyed after a period of non-collection.
Address Verification/Handling Fee: In the event your address cannot be verified against the USPS database and/or google maps, we will pick and pack your order but not ship it until we get verification the address is correct. We will contact you up to 3 times to attempt to verify the address, if we do not hear back from you, the order will be held in our warehouse waiting for you to contact us. After 7 days the order will be returned into stock and refunded, less a 10% / $4.99 minimum handling fee
International Duties & Taxes - You are responsible for all and any taxes or duties due on the order shipment to your country. We declare the value of the order on all customs documents. You should check the rules and regulations on the relevant government websites before placing an order.​​​​​​

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Standard Inventory Returns
Within 3 Business Days: Items returned in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
After 3 Business Days: Returns are accepted for store credit only, provided the item remains in its original condition and packaging.
Commissioned & Custom Orders
Within 3 Business Days: Commissioned items may be returned for a partial refund. Please note that the 25% original deposit is strictly non-refundable.
After 3 Business Days: All commissioned orders are considered final sale and are ineligible for return, refund, or store credit.
Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges are permitted within 3 business days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Process: Your exchange item will be dispatched once the original return has been received and processed by our team.
Post-3 Day Window: Exchanges are not supported after the 3-business-day window has expired.

Final Sale & Exclusions
​
The following items are strictly ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Items marked as FINAL SALE.
- Gift Card purchases.
- Any item not in its original condition or missing original packaging.

Shipping & Logistics
​
- Return Shipping: All shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. House of DeLeon is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Order Errors & Discrepancies
​
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing components, you must notify House of DeLeon within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
US Customers: Upon investigation, we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or return as deemed appropriate by our team.
International Customers: Due to logistical constraints, we do not offer replacements or ship missing items internationally. If an error is verified, we will issue a refund for the affected portion of the order.

CHOKING HAZARD
​
- Our packs contain small packs and are not suitable for children under 3 years old. You agree to provide adult supervision to anyone under 13 using our products.
- You confirm you are at least 18 years of age and understand these terms.
